Judith Buckland is a highly experienced divorce and family solicitor with Woolley & Co, Solicitors, based in Truro, Cornwall. With over 30 years’ experience in family law, Judith advises on divorce, financial settlements, children matters, cohabitation disputes and domestic abuse issues. She was previously head of the family department at a prominent Cornish law firm before joining Woolley & Co in 2009.
Judith has a particular interest and expertise in financial issues on separation, and she is also well known for representing grandparents in disputes around contact with grandchildren. Since joining Woolley & Co, she has developed a strong international practice, regularly advising British expats and clients involved in cross-jurisdictional cases where international family law applies.

Judith qualified as a solicitor in September 1997 having previously qualified as a Legal Executive in June 1993. She joined Woolley & Co in April 2009 from a law firm in Cornwall where she was Head of the Family Department.
Outside of work, Judith enjoys gardening, pottery, upholstery and walking the Southwest footpath and mountains where she can.
