Rebecca Franklin

Rebecca works with a wide range of clients, from business owners and professionals to parents, grandparents and individuals with more complicated family or financial issues. She is known for her direct and honest style, giving clients a clear picture of their situation from the outset. By setting realistic expectations early, Rebecca helps people make confident, informed decisions and move forward efficiently and cost-effectively.

A committed advocate of non-court dispute resolution (NCDR), Rebecca believes it gives clients greater control over their situation, helping them choose when, where and how to resolve matters. She has considerable experience settling cases at or before the Financial Dispute Resolution stage and is increasingly encouraging clients to explore private FDR hearings where possible.

Rebecca says: “NCDR allows clients to take back control of their family issues rather than having to fit around an overstretched court process. It can be quicker and less stressful.”

Clients value Rebecca’s calm but determined style and her ability to keep them focused on practical, realistic solutions. Many of her clients come to her through personal recommendation, reflecting the trust and respect she has built over her career.

Rebecca qualified as a legal executive in June 2004 and joined Woolley & Co in June 2014, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise from working at respected regional firm.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, and spends most weekends touring the country to watch her two children play netball!
